Well friends, we’ve seen many bowls now. In fact I’m watching the Orange and Polyester(GET IT CAUSE FAKE COTTON ZINNNNNNNG) Bowls as I type this. I figure yall might enjoy a scoring update. There won’t be writeups for each games, just scores. I’ll likely do another Sunday for all the games up to that point so we know what’s coming with the title game. Anyway, see below for results. Please do check to make sure I got you correctly, as I’ve been known to make a mistake once in a blue moon.
Well kids, several bowls are in the books, but now it’s time to pick the rest of the games. Even if you didn’t play Round 1, there were a lot of terrible picks (mine included) and the points moving up mean you could easily catch up for the FREE WONDERFUL PRIZES. As a reminder Non-BCS games will be worth 2 points, BCS games will be worth 3 points, and the Title game will be worth 5 points. The Tiebreaker will be the total number of points scored in the Florida State/Auburn game. If somehow you end up tied with someone after that, whoever had more wins in the regular season will get it. If it is STILL somehow tied after that, well…I’ll let Future Eddie figure it out. Jump away and pick some games kids. I’ll have a score update later this week for Round 1.
Yall ready to get weird? We’ve had some fun throughout the year. We’ve had pointsplosions and animals on the field and terrible quarterbacks leading to self-loathing and sobbing…ok, the last one may have only been for folks like me. But it’s been a great year and now it’s bowl time. Last year’s winner DLaw took home a fantastic prize package which included gift certificates, a free movie ticket, and a coupon for a free room in Las Vegas*! (*midweek only, subject to availability, lots of other restrictions probably) That’s right kids, there are prizes on the line! You like free, don’t you? I have no idea what this year’s prizes will be, but they will be prizes. Kristin ran away with the regular season contest, would you like to stop her reign of terror?
We have a clean slate for the bowls, broken in to 3 rounds. Round 1 will include all bowl games from 12/21 through 12/30, and will be worth one point a piece. Round 2 will be all non-BCS games from 12/31 on. Round 3 will be the BCS games, each worth 3, and the National Championship game, worth a whopping, game-changing, life-altering 5 points. Just in case, we will use the total points scored in the Title game for a tiebreaker, but no need to worry about that now. While I’ve tried researching throughout the year, I’m pretty much going to just stick with the knowledge I already have for these bowls. Meaning the 1st round is gonna have a lot of terrible blind shots. Hit the jump for Round 1! And even if you haven’t played all year, this is a great time to join the fun. FREE SHIT YALL!

Well kids, this is all she wrote. We’ve come to the last week of the season. Thanks to some chicanery in the Big XII, their 2 big games equal a Championship game, so we will pick 6 games to get the 5 major conferences. One more go round til the bowls and our new bowlstravaganza game, so go get em kids.
As the season comes closer to an end, so do our picks. Who will emerge as the prince of prognostication? The guru of gambling? The colossus of clout?the colossus of clout? Jump to learn.
