NDEddieMac’s War on Fat: The Secret Weapon
So the last 3 weeks has been hit or miss with the whole working out thing. But I got to where I was going at least 3xs a week, a vast improvement. The problem is it just bores the hell out of me. So I went to the one plan that never fails, I threw money at it. Knowing I would always make excuses when I got home because there is always a Spurs game, or a movie I want to watch, or a video game I want to play, I took the hostage out of the occasion. Academy had a sale, so I bought a treadmill. Got it all set up over the weekend and gave it a go today. This plan is fantastic. For days when I want to do a lot of stuff, I can still hit up the gym, but on days like today where I got home and don’t really wanna do anything, I can start playing NBA 2k12 and walk 4 miles. This feels like something I can do everyday, and a lot more as well. I think this plan just might work. We’ll find out. Now if I could just do something about not drinking beer*
*note: The only thing that will be done is trying to drink more bourbon than beer, but beer is still awesome
